A DECREE OF FIRE TO BURN UP, BEFORE THE SPIRIT BREAKS OUT

A FIRE TO BURN UP YOUR ENEMIES!
A Fire goes before Him, and burns up His enemies round about. (Psalm 97:3)
HIS enemies are YOUR enemies. On Sunday as I was driving to our church service, I had this overwhelming feeling of something big brewing in my Spirit. That feeling where you know there is about to be a BREAKOUT! The only way to describe it would be that I could feel it like a power generator inside my belly, (I know this feeling I have had it time and time again before the hand of the Lord moves and performs by His Spirit), so it was a very familiar feeling to me. As I was experiencing this with the Lord, I had an open eyed vision of a pile of hay and straw. I was reminded of 1 Corinthians 3:12-15 regarding people building with wood, hay and straw. For these are the elements that do not survive the test of fire. These are the elements that burn up, that are consumed.
For the first time I saw this in a different light and the Lord said to me as a prayer began to erupt from my spirit, “set fire to the wood hay and straw that seeks to hinder and stand in the way of my purposes in your life in this season.” I saw man’s agenda, jealousy, competition, rivalry, strife, accusations, judgements, opinions, selfish self-seeking ways, and I saw it placed right in the middle of a road to act as a stumbling block, and create frustration and hinder people’s smooth path forward into an accelerated break out. When I saw the vision I saw the ease of the release and how simple it was as His word went forth like fire and consumed His enemies. As I noted before, YOUR enemies are HIS enemies.
In your season of advancement and promotion the enemy is trying his best to use peoples unrenewed nature to act as a hindrance and cause disruption and confusion and in some cases a detour.
THE DECREE OF FIRE!
As I was seeing this vision a decree and declaration erupted from my Spirit AND I INVITE YOU NOW INTO THAT DECREE:
I DECREE EVERY work of the flesh that is built upon wood, hay and straw, every plan of the enemy that has no power to endure the test of the fire that truly is only made of wood, hay and straw be consumed with the Fire of the Living God. May the Fire of the Lord be released upon our enemies as HIS enemies are OUR enemies. May the hills and stubborn resistances that try and stand strong against the purposes and plans of the Lord be smashed into pieces for is not His word like FIRE, that consumes everything in its path that CANNOT STAND THE TEST and like a hammer that breaks in pieces the rock [of most stubborn resistance]?
Jeramiah 23 :29 (amp version).
It is interesting to note that in the last part of verse 28 it says, “For what has straw in common with wheat?”
Wood, hay and straw cannot stand the test. They are the things that get consumed in the fire of the Lord. We see in Matthew 3 that the Lord separates the wheat from the chaff (straw) and then sets Fire to the straw (chaff). Fire is the only destiny for straw.
So I encourage you today to decree the Fire of the Lord to burn up those pillars of straw, wood and hay, that would seek to hinder and act as a stumbling block to THE BREAKING OUT THAT IS UPON YOU!
THE HOLY GHOST BREAK OUT!
As I was continuing to bubble over in my Spirit with the feeling of anticipated break out, I felt another decree burst forth from my Spirit that I invite you now into. For the enemy would seek to hinder at any cost the breaking out of the Spirit, because simply put,
“WHERE THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD IS THERE IS FREEDOM!”
Freedom is the key result of any HOLY SPIRIT BREAKOUT.
Isaiah 61 broke forth like a river from my belly and I began to decree:
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me for the LORD has anointed me to PREACH THE GOSPEL TO THE POOR, TO BIND UP THE BROKEN HEARTED, TO SET A LIBERTY THE CAPTIVES AND THE OPENING OF THE PRISON AND OF THE EYES TO THOSE WHO ARE BLIND. TO PROCLAIM THE ACCEPTABLE YEAR OF THE LORD, THE YEAR OF HIS FAVOUR AND THE DAY OF VENGEANCE OF OUR GOD!
I DECREE THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD IS UPON ME TO COMFORT ALL WHO MOURN, TO GRANT CONSOLATION AND JOY TO THOSE WHO MOURN, THE GARMENT OF PRAISE INSTEAD OF HEAVINESS, THE PLANTING OF THE LORD THAT HE MAY BE GLORIFIED! SPIRIT BREAK OUT!!!!!!”
Let this be your decree in this season. Let your faith rest in the anointing that destroys every yoke, Let your expectation be in the Mighty arm of the Lord that is ready to move across the earth!
Let me tell you we are on the brink of BREAKOUT. A BREAK OUT of the Spirit like a flood upon this earth!
DREAM OF A FLOOD
On the weekend I was talking with one of our Kingdom Academy students, Jessica Wilson, and she began to share a most profound dream she had about the outpouring of the Spirit of God.
Her dream went like this:
There was a flood coming, and she was telling people there was a flood coming, but no one would believe it. Like in the days of Noah, no one would believe that there was a flood coming. And the Lord told her He is coming to wash away unbelief.
A BREAK OUT IS DIFFERENT TO A BREAKTHROUGH!
Break out meaning: usually a sudden, violent or forceful break from a restraining condition or situation.
Break through: is characterised by major progress or overcoming some obstacle and advancing past enemy lines.
Now please don’t get me wrong, I am not denying that we are in a season of Breakthrough, however where the Holy Spirit is leading me to, is to emphasise BREAK OUT!
I believe He is saying that we as a people have been “breaking through”, we have been advancing past enemy lines, we have been taking ground back through much warfare and standing by faith, and there has been great victories and great ground taken for His kingdom.
Now I believe He is saying there is about to be a “bursting forth of His Spirit” like a flood, like a flood of rushing rivers and every restraining factor, whether it be religion or tradition, or the antichrist cultures of our day, will bend and fold under the power and force of this breakout!
BREAK OUT IS A TAKE OVER!
You think of the word break out and we usually use it in a negative form. For instance, a break out of a plague or a break out of a rash, or a break out of prison etc. So a break out refers to a takeover by means of breaking past a hindering restraint. When a rash breaks out over your body it has managed to “breakthrough” the defence of your immune system to then “take over” your body.
So in light of that explanation I see the Holy Spirit is about to breakthrough the immunity to His presence that the church has put in place via religious rituals, traditions of men and inviting the spirit of the world in, and He is going to “take over” and move sovereignly by His Spirit like a flood and everything that tries to stand in His way will get swept away by the force and velocity of His coming!
How will this break out? It will break out of you and I! For does His word not say the out of your belly will flow rivers of living water.
That is why the Lord would have you decree over yourself Isaiah 61 in this season. Decree and Declare it for you are about to see the Spirit of the Lord break out through you like a rushing river and everything Isaiah 61 spells out you will see take place BY THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD. For its not by might nor by power but BY MY SPIRIT SAYS THE LORD.! (Zechariah 4:6).
Decree “by the Spirit of the Lord” my mouth shall declare and preach the good news of the gospel and I will see the power of the gospel bring those who hear to salvation!”
Decree “by the Spirit of the Lord” healing power to heal the broken hearted will flow from my being”.
Decree “by the Spirit of the Lord” The word of the Lord to proclaim deliverance to the captives and the opening of prison doors to those who are bound and spiritually blind, will break out upon my tongue and surely those who are oppressed and bound will be set in their right mind”
Decree “by the Spirit of the Lord” proclamations of the vengeance of the Lord to come forth from my mouth to be released upon the enemies of His people, to upturn and overturn and make wrongs right by the justice of the Lord in the year of His favour”
Decree “By the Spirit of the Lord” I have the anointing to release the comfort of the Holy Spirit to all who mourn to declare unto them a new season of the oil of joy for mourning, beauty instead of Ashes and the garment of praise instead of depression and oppression”.
Its time folks, It’s time for the SPIRIT TO BREAK OUT upon humanity and for the Spirit of the Lord to move upon His people and through His people in such force and velocity that it would break past all dividing walls of religion and tradition and bring freedom to a sick, dying, lost and largely forgotten world.
